1. Metadata Completeness (12 points)

  • Title, year, genre, synopsis present for all titles
  • Cast and crew populated for top-billed talent
  • Runtime, language, and country of origin filled
  • Poster and key art assets linked

2. Identifier Validation (8 points)

  • EIDR or ISAN identifiers present and valid (checksum verification)
  • No duplicate identifiers across titles
  • Season/episode numbering consistent for series content
  • Production company identifiers matched

3. Territory & Rights Consistency (10 points)

  • ISO 3166-1 territory codes used consistently (no mixing of alpha-2 and alpha-3)
  • Regional groupings match contractual definitions
  • Rights holder chain documented for each territory
  • No overlapping exclusive windows for same territory

4. Date Format Standardization (7 points)

  • All dates in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • No ambiguous date formats (MM/DD vs DD/MM)
  • License start/end dates present for all active rights
  • Expiry dates validated against current date

5. Data Integrity (10 points)

  • No orphaned records (titles without rights, rights without titles)
  • Cross-references between master title list and avails grid consistent
  • Revenue data reconciled against platform reports
  • Version history maintained for rights modifications
