- Audit Summary — 8 automated checks with traffic-light status and a 0–100 quality score.
- Rules Reference — why each check exists and what it catches.
Checks Performed
- Missing full name / email / phone / country
- Invalid email format (no
@or no.) - Duplicate emails (case-insensitive)
- Stale records (last contacted > 12 months)
How to Use
- Paste your contacts into the Contacts Input tab. Keep column order.

Common Pitfalls
- Two CRMs, one person. Most duplicates come from merging CRM exports without deduping email. Run the audit before every merge.
- Free-text country. The audit checks for blank country, but not for “USA” vs “US” vs “United States” — normalize to ISO α-2 manually first.
- Freshness ≠ validity. A recently-contacted email can still bounce. Combine this with a quarterly mail-delivery verification.
